Simple But Powerful Phrases

So as Catholics, most of us do something when we pass a Catholic Church. You may make the sign of the cross or say "My Lord and my God" or "Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament I adore Thee." We don't just say these for no good reason. No. We say those things because they strengthen our faith. Every time we say that we are reminding ourselves that Christ is always present on the Blessed Sacrament and in our lives. But what of we said something all the time and not only when we pass a Church. I think it's really beneficial to find a phrase that's really meaningful to you and say it throughout the day. It could be something like 'Jesus my hope' or 'Jesus my strength' or 'The Lord my Guide' etc. I encourage y'all to find some phrase to say in times of temptation, turmoil, or peace. It really helps strengthen your faith and your desire to carry it out. -Kateri
